The recommended "stewed tendon" is slowly simmered in a rich, specially made broth, which makes it soft and full of flavor, with a melting texture and subtle sweetness that will become addictive! There is also a full selection of popular dishes that go well with alcohol, such as fried chicken, fried horse mackerel, and rolled omelet in dashi broth! We also recommend the grilled rice balls and dashi ochazuke for the final dish!
